We have been members here for over 20 years. Just want to extend a huge thank you to Joanne and Matt for all their help in resolving an issue we were having with 1 of our accounts during our Refi. Can't thank them enough for all the time and effort they put in to straighten it out!! Thank you also to the Mortgage people and customer service rep that helped as well.
I have had a checking/savings account with RFCU for over 15 years and have been pleased with their services. As yet, have not taken out a loan.
I was hospitalized this month for a week, out of work for three. No mercy. Calls every day for my late payment, which I had the money for today. EIGHT DOLLARS in fees to pay by check, would have been more to pay with a credit card, plus the expected ten dollar late fee. I'm going to have my husband's car loan take this one over, the balance seems to go down very slowly for how high of a payment I make. I won't be seeking a mortgage or other loans from this company.
So done with this horrible bank and their outrageous fees. By the people for the people my ass.
Excuse me Rockland Federal Credit Union, you suddenly this month charge a $8.00 fee to make a phone payment or charge $4.95 to make a payment online for a Visa account. Seriously we did not get notice of this. The Rep said $7.99 then said $8.00! I'm glad the account is closed. Avoid the fees in this place they are outrageous I'm contacting consumer affairs banking division for the Commonwealth about the sneaky change!
Saint Francis Xavier School in Weymouth thanks RFCU for its steadfast and generous support of our school and the wider community. The SFX Fall Back 5K has gotten better and better because of generous supporters like RFCU.
They don't even help you. I was told I'd be called within a day or two and it's been over a week. I call this morning and was told they'll call me back. I wouldn't recommend this credit union poor customer service
