Took my IPhone 6S in for problem with the touch screen and replacement. Then found out I needed a new case. The guy was very nice and knowledgable and showed me the crack in the case. Was told it would be about a week. Well...THREE WEEKS LATER, (to the day 3/30/17...my phone is not repaired and NOBODY knows where my phone is and nobody can tell me anything. Wonderful service! Went to Rockit Repairs in Stafford with a laptop display that did not work, expecting the worst (like i usually get at BB). Instead our wonderful technician took the display apart, found the problem, fixed it and put it all back in working order in under 15 minutes and 25 bucks to diagnose! LOVE IT!!! Thank you for saving my laptop from the non-durable products trash heap!
Took my father cell phone in to get the screen replaced and was told $129 but after paying and finding out he was missing his memory card i noticed they charged me $207. Went back to get the memory card and explanation of fews and was refused anything. Instead the "employee" turns out to be the General Manager called the cops on myself and my father. Long story short refunded my money. Never again will i do business and dont recommend it to anyone. Customer service is not first priority...
