We took our Dell laptop in to Rockit to have the hinge on the flip top repaired. It’s not used that often, but the first time I used the flip top, it broke again. Because it was beyond their 90 day period, they would not fix it without another full charge. They didn’t even offer to at least take a look at it. We would not use them again nor recommend them. On a scale of 1-5, I would give them a 0.
Recommendedweel i gotta say i had a issue with them but they absolutely took care of the situation for me and so company is very trustworthy i give 5 star rating great support and HONEST group of worker's
They were slow, uncommunicative, and we had to call to check up on our items several times. They under estimated the repair time by weeks, and then when we had a question regarding a previous repair the tech argued with me. He didn’t look at, pick up, or ask any questions regarding the repair to see if they could help. We won’t be going back.

Cracked screen was fixed quickly and it looks amazing. No need to pay the high prices at Apple Store.
Very great experience. Went in to get my IPad Pro screen fixed 12.9 2015. It’s a pretty difficult screen but they had the cheapest price out of everyone I called and even though it took a while to get everything going on my tablet. It came out perfect in the end.thanks
