I love my new home but we as tenants need to petition for a fenced in dog area so the boys and girls can play! That would make it perfect here
I love my new apartment. Ranch style living at it's finest. Very quiet & beautiful landscaping. The entire staff are the nicest ppl I've ever encountered of all the apartments I've lived in. My dog recently passed away & the leasing staff sent me a card with a lovely bouquet.. Need I say more?
Young couple expecting a baby next month placed a 300.00 dollar deposit that management gladly excepted. The couple failed the background check and weren't able to move in this apartment management refused to refund the couples hard earned 300 dollars so they can find another location. I doubt the apartment complex lost any money on this transaction. This is an immoral act. I would think twice before handing any money over to this bottom feeder.
