I have been attending Master Rockhold's classes for the past couple of months, and as a relatively unfit 30-something adult, I have been very impressed with the results. Master Rockhold's style of teaching is very unique - he keeps the sessions light-hearted, and makes the training fun, whilst also providing excellent tuition, and a great workout. I highly recommend his course to any adults who want to pick up a martial art, and to get fit.
