I bought a loose diamond for our engagement ring from RockHer and had a local jeweller build the ring for us. I was very happy with my experience. The communication was very clear. The shipping and packaging were flawless. I’d definitely come back if I need to shop for diamonds or jewelry in the future! I just wish they offered alternative shipping options. While the shipping was quick, it definitely was not cheap (outside the US)!

Just wow!! I had a great experience in every aspect of this purchase. Starting with, the ring is absolutely gorgeous. I've been in contact with John and Sydney in this whole process. We started with customizing a ring but something unexpected and uncontrollable happened and even though it was not their fault, they tried very hard to make it up for me and ship the new ring as soon as possible even before 8 business days.
