If I could give zero stars I would, we have had homeowner's insurance with Rockford since 2015 with no claims until now. We had wind and hail damage, I submitted a claim. It wall all down hill from there. They said the adjustor would contact me within 24 hours, it took 2 weeks and he called at 9 pm on a Saturday night. I of course, didnt answer but returned his call only to receive a text message that stated he would call me later. I called Thursday afternoon to file a claim on our roof for hail damage. Friday morning I had a independent adjuster at my house. The following Tuesday I received a check in the mail. Thats fast, courteous service!
