HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, COMMUNICATION AND PATIENT CARE. I will give them credit, when I arrived for my procedure, they were quick and efficient. I didn't realize at the time that the patients are treated like a piece of meat on a conveyor belt. Get them in, do procedure, push them out, take money from insurance, and forget the patient.
