I contacted RAG in late December 2020 to replace a windshield on my work van. I set an appointment after giving them my VIN and answering a few vehicle specific questions. I dropped off my van on Dec 28 in the afternoon and was called a few hours later and told they did not receive my glass and we needed to reschedule. they falsely say any type of glass for your car.. hmmm. but no sunroofs
