We really in need to have our rear window glass replaced as I had a follow up appointment with my surgeon the next day. When I called Rockfords I was greeted by a very friendly lady who explained that she could help me. She scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Steve, another really friendly person met my wife at the garage, explained that he would take care of everything and two hours later our glass was in and the garage was left spotless! Turn around time was only a matter of a few hours to replace a windshield and 2 pistons on the back door of my Jeep ... They even transferred both inspection and registration stickers, which saved a big hassle and time...
Went in to schedule a windshield replacement today. To my surprise, they were able to get me right in. Handled the insurance call. Gave me a ride to my workplace. Awesome service. I couldn’t be happier. Shop local! I highly recommend Rockford Auto Glass.

Great place ..with years of expierience...locally owned ...because my work schedule is very busy ....they went above and beyond by letting me bring my Toyota on Saturday...and allowing me to wait during the install when most glass installers don't work weekends ...KEITH the installer worked FAST and Efficient ....JASON. Was Very professional as well and worked wonders when it came to the paperwork ...any Auto or commercial vehicle needs BRING IT HERE........tell em you want KEITH to work on it

A big thank you to Randy and Rockford Auto Glass. I walked in with broken glass and a rubber seal his guy and himself took the time to show me what I needed and how to fix my window. I walked out with knowledge and material to fix my window and they refused to take any money. One local business supporting another. Companies and people like Rockford's are few and far between. I highly reccomend them for any or all of your glass needs.

Had issues with the back window of my Crossfire. Tried several times to fix it but each time I failed. I took it to Rockfords and talked to Randy Rockford. He explained why the top needed to be replaced...and he was absolutely right! They explained the process and I am pleased to say I got my car back today! Thank you very much for the wonderful job and excellent service!

I had a windshield replaced last week in my minivan. Rockford's did an amazing job. My dash area came back cleaner than when I brought it to them and the registration and inspection stickers were so carefully and neatly replaced. Last year I had another vehicle windshield replaced by a different garage that my insurance had recommended. I'll never go back to them. I had to clean the dash, add sealant to a spot on the outside and the stickers were torn and sloppily taped back on. Also, the word VOID showed on the inspection s... read more
