I went to Rocket Town Honda Lompoc for my complimentary oil change. When I went to pick my Honda up the charged me $80.00 . I told them it was supposed to be a free complimentary oil change and they said no. prove it and the E-mail They sent me was deleted, missing . They lied to me, took advantage of me, a senior citizen. I'll never buy a car from Rocket Town Honda Lompoc

The factory Honda gives two free oil changes to customers who purchase certified used vehicles. Those oil changes are good for 12,000 miles or 12 months from the purchase date. In Mr. D*******'s case it was just over the 12 months mark. Those oil changes do not cost the dealership anything and it wouldn't benefit the dealership in any way to not give them to the customer if it was valid. I would guess that the service advisor did not explain that to Mr. D******* well enough.

Originally went to this place because they kept calling and texting me to bring my Tesla in for a quote to buy my car, I finally went in. 20 minutes of my life was wasted, but not a big deal, they just offered way less than KBB was appraising it. Tried pressuring my daughter into filling out a loan application when paying cash for a vehicle. Insisted they needed her SSN for audit purposes but could not provide any reference to a law. Purchase price was $9,785. Under the Patriot Act limit of $10,000. Became aggressive and rude when we questioned the need for her to fill out a loan application.
