Joe came to tow my Audi R8 that would not start and wouldn't come out of park. Joe's knowledge and expertise was what it took to get my R8 onto the tow truck. 2 other companies had tried and failed. I will always use Rocket towing from now on.
Extremely rude and unprofessional!
Broke a control arm on my pickup truck. Tow truck driver Jesse was very knowledgeable, did a great job helping me and my truck get home. Great service. Will use Rocket towing again.
Between the weather and poor driving, my son ended up 40 ft off of the road and thirty feet into the woods today. Joe came out and saved the day. Anyone could have hooked up a winch and pulled the truck out, but Joe with Rocket Towing was thorough. He surveyed the area, moved some debris and large objects, and meticulously brought the truck out taking care not to damage anyting. I am confident that Joe went way above and beyond today. He gave us a fair price as well.
