Giving four stars because they don't offer termite damage protection, only the treatment or retreatment if needed. That would leave us exposed. Really miss Spencer Pest that they bought.

I would like to share my experience with this pest control company. Before signing the contract, I was told over the phone that the service would cover most common insects and pests. Based on that information, I decided to move forward and sign the contract. However, after reviewing the contract, I noticed that the coverage was very different from what had been explained to me over the phone. They are supposed to come monthly and I had a service beginning of June and then late July. That to me is two months. Then when they finally sprayed I have mosquitos 3 days later. Call to cancel? There’s a $100 cancelation fee if you cancel within a year. I have been a customer for three years with them. Oh and good luck trying to get someone in the actual Spartanburg office. Stay clear.

I called before a rep came to confirm the appt was covered under a previously paid contract. It was, they came for termite inspection, after the contract expired I was still charged for the appt. Two months later, even though billing and a supv confirmed I shouldn’t have been charged, NO ONE HAS REFUNDED THE CHARGE!
