They are supposed to come monthly and I had a service beginning of June and then late July. That to me is two months. Then when they finally sprayed I have mosquitos 3 days later. Call to cancel? There’s a $100 cancelation fee if you cancel within a year. I have been a customer for three years with them. Oh and good luck trying to get someone in the actual Spartanburg office. Stay clear.

I called before a rep came to confirm the appt was covered under a previously paid contract. It was, they came for termite inspection, after the contract expired I was still charged for the appt. Two months later, even though billing and a supv confirmed I shouldn’t have been charged, NO ONE HAS REFUNDED THE CHARGE!

We have used Rocket for over a year and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had them come out to spray not including the quarterly appointments. I have issues with requesting services I’ve paid for and the tech assured me that I didn’t need the inside sprayed or the granular spread on my grass like they did last year for centipedes. Just today I’ve been trying to reach out to them with no avail. so communication is almost impossible. Terrible customer service!! Original visit was good, technician took care of the hornets nest. Monthly charges are totally not worth it. Cancelled in November, they came and pulled up bug treatments but kept charging me. Went back and forth with them. They said “ok we will refund you” only to send me an email later that day saying they weren’t refunding me. Only guy willing to help was Kyle, he at least agreed with me that it was ridiculous. He gets the one star.
