The quality of the cam is good, but oh my goodness this guy’s communication skills are terrible. It was like pulling teeth trying to get him to give me any info about what was going on with my cam. Not only that but he’s super short with and unwilling to help with any technical questions. Just for that alone I can’t recommend this person to anyone
Trying to communicate with this dude is like pulling teeth. I asked him for advice being as though he should be an expert on this and he was extremely unwilling to help. Sent out my cam to him and got 0 updates or direction on how it was going or what the general protocol is. He told me it would take 2 weeks and over a month later I got it back. As far as the cam quality, looks fine, but his customer service skills alone are so poor it doesn’t matter to me. I can have a cam ground other places and not be treated like garbage... read more
Man never picks up the phone , always scared who's calling. Seems like a sketchy place. I wouldn't recommend it.
