Told them I didn’t want to move forward with refinancing at this time and they cold called me and were very belittling while asking for my feedback. I would not recommend this company and as soon as I can refi my mortgage and not use them I will be doing so.
Contantly calling to the point of harassment. Minimum 5 times a day. We've told them to stop. We have never had a late/missed payment.
