Rocket trailers' name says it all they "rock it" when it comes to service and knowledge, its rare to see this type of company these days. John Blanchette literally dropped everything to help us. They where very busy yet he took the time to assist us. They are the best at what they do....thanks again!
Hands down this place deserves some recognition!!! Twice now they have saved me in a jam and they have the opportunity to overcharge me but came in shocking very low for the amount of parts and labor they gave me! I would 100% recommend this company all around as they are very knowledgable and have great customer service!!
Rocket International deserves a write up. I just purchased a new trailer for my Prokat and must share the great experience. After ordering from another company and enduring horrible customer service, they came thru. They're what some consider a mom and pop establishment. They were personable and diligent. They drove to my boat lift to confirm specific measurements for my catamaran hull. Then, they built exactly what was needed with the upgrades I wanted.
