The technician completed the six-month maintenance and was kind and diligent. Following the tech's recommendation to replace my current heater, the owner responded right away. He installed a brand-new Carrier furnace in lieu of mine. Considering that he was alone, he truly went above and above to remove the old furnace from the attic and then raise the new one back up to the attic. ....by himself! He was also amiable the entire time.Fantastic group of workers, gentlemen👍
