I really love it. There is a good variety of exercise equipment for one to do the exercise program they are interested in doing. Plus they have classes for all kinds of exercises, a basketball/volleyball court. and one definitely not me - getting up at 5 AM to ride a bike.
My son had video of his JFL team so did not become a member or workout there. However they we very clean and seem to have a variety of equipment.
The gym is very convenient since I can workout while my daughter does her dance class. The staff is super helpful & the facility is always kept very clean & organized. I also love Tracy's hip hop class!
