Very efficient eviction company. Used them tonics a scammer tenant who hadn’t paid rent in months. Very fast and saved me a ton of time and money. Would recommend to anyone needing an eviction company.
We had a scammer in our rental, the person signing the lease claimed to be a single mom with a part time child. Imagine our surprise a month later during a maintenance visit to find a different mom with 3 kids and 2 dogs (and she didn't know the tenant). Multiple lease violations! There is no Attorney on staff so our questions were not answered by Attorney. Very dissatisfied with the services and I do not recommend. Communication is very poor and possibly not even legal.
Rocket Eviction was very professional, timely and efficient. I would highly recommend their services and will be using them again.
