We had a scammer in our rental, the person signing the lease claimed to be a single mom with a part time child. Imagine our surprise a month later during a maintenance visit to find a different mom with 3 kids and 2 dogs (and she didn't know the tenant). Multiple lease violations! There is no Attorney on staff so our questions were not answered by Attorney. Very dissatisfied with the services and I do not recommend. Communication is very poor and possibly not even legal.
Rocket Eviction was very professional, timely and efficient. I would highly recommend their services and will be using them again.

I’ve dealt with other eviction companies before, these guys are by far the best in Las Vegas. I spoke with their owner who told me he values life long partnerships vice short-term business. I like that mentality. He keeps costs down and does a good job negotiating with tenants to help prevent them from destroying property on their way out. The only eviction company I recommend for any of my business in Las Vegas.
