I hate to write this as I loved Dr. Shelton and how he treated us. However, I recently lost a parent and I have been in-between living in AL and going back to my home state as well as my husband has been out of country for work. Somehow I apparently missed a bill for $33.00. I received a letter indicating that I had to find a new location and they would no longer see my daughter. (Usually when you owe something especially that small of an amount most places will let you know at your next appointment and let you work it out.)... read more
