we just joined last month amd so far things have been all messed up. they gave me the wrong instuctions for online banking and then made an order for our debit cards but never sent it in so it has no been month and still no cards. charged $3 to put money into our new account from my other account... we were told all new members get $100 and when we asked were told oh we dont do that anymore!!!just not a good way to make me want to come back... hope they can turn it around.
