I have been a member of Rocket City Federal Credit Union for about 10 years. Every time I walk in the door, the staff greets me and is always willing to help with any need or question I have. Lisa and Heather are the absolute best loan officers I have ever had dealings with. They always go above and beyond my expectations every time I need something. We currently only have a savings and our car and personal loans through Rocket City FCU but are looking at moving our checking and all other accounts to Rocket City because we have loved how they work. We use USAA for our other accounts and it will be so hard to leave them but RCFCU is such an amazing bank and we love how they make you feel like family! I tell everyone I know about this bank!

love love love our little credit union! Makes us feel like we're in a small town! Responsive, helpful and fast! I DREAD buying a new car but Heather and Lisa make it SO much less stressful!
