I keep trying to call to change my plan and it says due to high call volume they can’t accept my call and hangs up
They have made it impossible to cancel your membership via phone. I've been trying to cancel for days, and it only goes to a dial tone.
Why is there no option for a family plan?? Hopefully there'll be more options for carwashes soon and they offer better deals/ prices.
