Dr. Paulson is a great psychiatrist and the NP, Kelli, is so helpful. However, the office staff is the worst that I have ever dealt with. I am a medical professional and cannot believe that this practice operates like this. Karen at the front desk has the WORST attitude, if she ever even acknowledges you. I drove an hour to pick up a prescription in office, arrived 20 minutes before closing to find the door locked (understandable due to COVID precautions, but no signage stating to call for assistance).
