Professional work, good communication in person and online.
I spoke to Tammy the office manager and she was very helpful in settling a billing error.
Everything went well except for the wait. Appointments are made for the sole purpose of reasonably timely service. I arrived 15 mins prior and I wasn't seen by the dentist for an hour and a half. The staff is professional and courteous as well as the dentist. Very clean and organized waiting area, restroom, and surgical treatment rooms. Other than the wait, everything else is just fine with me.
