We have always been pleased with Dr.Crain and his staff.
I just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Rockdale Animal Hospital for taking such great care of all of my babies!!! They are all 4 back home and better than ever!! And I'm so thankful they were able to help us! Unfortunately it was too late for one of our pups and I can't tell you how much it means to me that I received a card in the mail from yall saying how sorry yall were for our loss. This place and everyone there is just absolutely amazing!!!!
Dr. Crain and his staff are amazing! They are so caring and compassionate, and always treat me and my pets like we are part of their family. They are always available when I need them, their services are very reasonable, and they never push you to do unnecessary costly procedures that aren't needed. I wouldn't trust my pets with anybody else!
We have been a client of Rockdale Animal Hospital for approximately 5 years. They are the best. Such caring staff from receptionist to Dr's. Would not take our Persians anywhere else.
I have been bringing all of my kitties to RAH since they adopt us. We recently had to have our beloved Fluffy Grey Cat put down after only 16 years with us. EVERYONE at RAH was so kind and empathetic. They always looked forward to seeing him when we would bring him in and I tease them that I always had a hard time getting Fluffy back after his visits as no one would want to give him back to me.
