Absolute worst customer service of any business I've ever dealt with. Their whole business model is designed to keep you from contacting them with questions, concerns, or problems. No customer service phone number, and no customer service email, unless they contact you. Then and only then can you contact them by reply email.

Not being able to talk to anyone at this business is very frustrating!! Not even ability to live chat or even email. When a part requires welding to make it adaptable a complete refund should be issued.

Received a caliper that did not fit my car. I completed the questions asking for my reason to return, which allowed me to get a free shipping label. Upon returning it i got an email giving me a break down of all costs to return, then below was a charge for shipping! Why was i charged for shipping when i received a defective item. I bought a Deka Intimidator battery for $200, it was DOA, sulfated and with only half a charge. RockAuto has ZERO customer service, only an automated system that wants you to pay for shipping back the trash they send you and to buy a second piece of trash to replace the first one. I ended up going though the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Terrible, just terrible, avoid like the plague.

The cheap price wasn't worth the hassle. One item was incorrect and another item was damaged. Returned the first item but after the hassle and time it cost me to return first item didn't waste my time with the second item. Biggest down fall is no customer service. I understand they do this to keep cost down but a very poor way of doing business. I have learned my lesson, (you get what you pay for) and will never shop Rockauto again.

I ordered parts for my teenage sons truck when I had the money from income taxes in late February and received the parts in early March but due to the weather my son didn't get around to working on the Truck until early April when he opened the parts he noticed the parts they sent were to big. I returned a product that they sent me. They wanted/required a manufacturers box upon return. The box that it was sent in, was damaged upon me receiving the item. I explained to them the box was NOT useable, and I couldn’t send it back because it was damaged when I received it. I tried calling and speaking to a manager, but an employee, Casey, was EXTREMELY rude! dude I’m so fed up with rock auto. Can’t get ahold of a **** person. Fuel lines showed up broken, came in 3 pieces. Pieces 1 and 2 installed and 3rd was broke. Only option on the website, buy again then ask for a refund. Supposedly I will get back my shipping charges... That is currently going on. Next thing, ordered a complete brake job and 2 rotors never showed up. (Over $700 purchase) Rock auto tells me everything has been delivered even though 1 of 5 Fedex tracking number still shows it never shipped. Again...no phone nu... read more

POOR quality parts. POOR service. Auto parts clearing house for JUNK, or so it seems considering the parts sent to me recently. They sent old sub-standard or SECONNDS, and I make that claim from recent orders. POOR quality parts. POOR service. I made a mistake purchasing from this PARTS CLEARING HOUSE--JUNK!
