Approximately three weeks ago I placed an order for two batteries (ac delco 94ragm) and both were shipped and received! You guys had the best price and had them in stock. 👍🏻 One battery was fine and the other was severely damaged and not use able. I filled out the form to return it and sent it back to your warehouse. Bought a pair of u joints that don't fit and no way to return because I didn't discover the problem until I returned from 29 days on wildfires and their policy is 30 days with NO exceptions for returns. No way to talk to a person, worst customer service I've ever seen.
