I was alone, it was 12:30pm, smack in the middle of lunchtime, there was only one other table of two people, and it took over 25 minutes from when my order was placed just to get a cheeseburger. It was all tasty and the waiter was a nice kid, if not overly attentive and a bit nervous and in need of more training/experience...but over 25 minutes for a burger at lunchtime in an empty restaurant means something needs attention in the kitchen.
The food was great and Pat our server was awesome.
