I brought her in not in good shape. they welcomed me and dr capparelli was so sincere and kind.. my chickens are my babies. We had to put her down but Dr capparelli tried and was totally honest and compassionate for my Penny's best interest. She hugged me, let me cry in her arms, packed up my baby in a fresh box and towel and sent me on my way- no charge- hugging me several more times.
