Caring, kind compassion.
Even though Dr. Capparelli was entirely booked for the day, she took my gerbil in and checked her over. She saved my gerbil's life, who would have died without the care and medicine she gave her. Very kind and compassionate!!
The caring and compassion of all three amazing veterinarians - Dr Harris, Dr Capparelli and Dr Downing - is absolutely unequaled. Their staff is also phenomenal. Would never go anywhere else. Would highly recommend to any “fur parent “ 😊❤️
LOVE Every single vet here. They are always so informative and so friendly the whole staff is in general . I have been coming here for over 3 years now . They are a little bit more expensive then some places but well worth it for me!

All 3 vets are compassionate and knowledgeable. I feel fully confident in their abilities and truly believe that my treasured pet has not only been seen, but “listened to”, has been treated with love and respect, and is in the best of hands. Can’t say enough great things about this practice.

They have now taken care of six of my dogs. My first Chihuahua had an excellent quality of life for 17 years, and my first Dachshund lived happily for 14 years, despite having Cushings Disease, My current Chihuahua is over 15 and is feisty, happy and living well with CHF. I drive from Baldwinsville to Manlius for vet care because I would never consider going anywhere else.
