This place is terrible! They do not care about what the customer wants they just want their money!!!! If you ask for something, they give you something completely different!!! This was horrible!! I will never get my hair done here!!?
Had been searching for a new salon for almost 2 years. Had tried several people and no one was quite up to par with my prior stylist. Decided to try Janey at Rock Your Locks after she was recommended by several friends. Couldn't have been more pleased. Happy to say I have found "my new" favorite salon. Even set my next appointment before I left. Haven't done that in 2 years. Thanks Janey!
Pretty poor ethics to post that the customer isn't right! I hope she will get the last laugh what your stylist did to her hair was at the very least unacceptable!
Terrible customer service!!!! My hair was ruined and the owner was a complete jerk in handling my complaint!
