After admitting that the tube was deffective still won’t refund it. Our tube’s wall thickness was twice on one side and half on the other. Instead of ~2000Nm it could withstand 380.
Rock West Composites have superior products, unlike many others, I have tried in the past from other companies. And to the customers that may be looking for the very best bond when using epoxy resins as your bonding agents, I highly recommend using 'Bond Line Controller/Glass Beads', which comes in a variety of diameters from 0.001" up to 0.024". After a month of back and forth, the defect piece we purchase will not be refunded. The support is a joke and they take their time to care for their customers. I dont recommend working with them

I made a purchase on July 16 and the day after ,a guy name Austin from Utah branch called me , he said that the product that I order are no longer available .
