I've been wanting to get to Moses Lake to try out Rock Top, and they did not disappoint me! Great food and atmosphere and our waitress was a gem! What a great place!
We went there last month and the burgers were over cooked and it took a really long time to get them. We didn't get our appetizers so we told the waitress when the food arrived so she could take it off the bill instead we got our appetizers when we were more than halfway done with our meal and they charged full price for them. I don't plan on ever going back. The only good things I can say are that the waitresses were nice and they had good sauces.
The waitress in bar today was excellent!! Checked on us numerous times and had food and refills to us quickly!! Will be back in next time in town!!

Their server Tia is amazing, but after last night I will not be going back. One of the hostesses were rude and argumentative.
The music was not great but at least it was not a radio station played at top volume like at Michaels. I wish the fish sandwich had been hot when it got to us- it tasted good but it was well, cold. The fries were salty- luckily I've been cutting back on salt for health reasons so they were a treat for me! We ended up with a free root beer cause the waitress did not understand my husband when he said he wanted another beer. Overall, I'm giving the place a 5 out of 10.
