Very dishonest. When tenants left the stuff in my rent house, they said they staged it to keep the stuff cuz was nice stuff they left. Did not pay me for repairs from tenant of $800.
Very dishonest. I used them to handle my rental property for 3 years. I dealt with Reyna Rock and she is very dishonest person. They kept the money that is owed to me from the damages the tenant did. I am filing with TREC as well. When tenants left there stuff, Reyna decided she wanted them and said she was staging the property. Reyna **** is very dishonest. We did a walk through and the tenants left stuff and she claimed it was her staging the property which we never agreed upon and there was no furniture. Then she wanted me to pay $500 to pay for what the tenants left. She did not pay me the security deposit that was owed to me for the damages done by the tenant.
Business response:
The customer without cause or notice terminate our agreement, changed the locks on the house, and kept staging props. These items were not left by the tenant. The landlord is not communicating with us regarding the security deposit, and has chosen instead to make comments about our company through the BBB and ******.
