Horrible! Bathrooms/tubs are terrible. Company is ruthless and charge for everything, trash, sewer, etc. They Don’t follow the lease and make changes to it randomly. An Increase every year and random new charges all the time.
Haneffa Anderson made the process very easy she was very nice and respectful and I would recommend looking for apartment to try Rock Street Gardens
Office staff and the maintenance department are very respectful, diligent, friendly, kind and knowledgeable. When I have questions, they are answered very quickly. If there is a maintenance issue in my apartment, they are always rectified promptly. The properties and the grounds are cleaned regularly, and I feel very blessed to live here. Dawn & Veronica in the office and Randy & Luis from the maintenance department are AMAZING!!!
