Horrible! Lived there 3 years always paid my rent charging me for all new doors new refrigerator new carpets new sink piece paint always a new charge they charge as you go and don’t follow the lease have a 4,600 bill for nothing took pictures and charged me for cleaning fee when everything was cleaned and nothing was broken when I left. Haneefah Anderson provided an amazing and easy experience from the application process to the move-in day. My family and I are adjusting to the place but are pleased so far. The neighborhood seems quiet, it very clean outside and it shows that the company takes pride in their property. Customer service a 10/10. The renters portal is definitely user friendly. Thanks again for having us apart of the community and providing customer service with tender love and care!!!!!
Lived at rock street for a year , moving in working with Haneefah she was super helpful. Throughout the year she continued to help me at any given time . When it came time for my lease to end she knew I needed more space & quickly showed me another apartment at a different location . She helped me get in the application right away there & was so helpful & worked with me when it came to move out giving me the time I needed . Horrible! Bathrooms/tubs are terrible. Company is ruthless and charge for everything, trash, sewer, etc. They Don’t follow the lease and make changes to it randomly. An Increase every year and random new charges all the time.
