Office staff and the maintenance department are very respectful, diligent, friendly, kind and knowledgeable. When I have questions, they are answered very quickly. If there is a maintenance issue in my apartment, they are always rectified promptly. The properties and the grounds are cleaned regularly, and I feel very blessed to live here. Dawn & Veronica in the office and Randy & Luis from the maintenance department are AMAZING!!!
Awesome location, beautifull apartment that makes going in and out of Jersey a breeze.
I moved to Rock Street Gardens last year coming from Kansas. I'd like to say from moving from everything I ever knew to a new place many states away, the staff made the move easy and comfortable, were willing to assist in any way allowed. The apartment has been great since our first day and any maintenance issues are taken care of so quick and thorough. It really seems the company puts the interest of their tenants at the top of the list. I would recommend this place to anyone.
