Makes all the difference in what my body can do. Missing workouts is not good for my functionality. Helps my mental outlook immensely. My wife makes sure I go every time. The social aspect is tremendous also. Sharing stories and experiences makes a huge difference. Nice to know others are fighting through similar issues. I have made great friends there. Zach the trainer is very involved in our success. Even his humor keeps things going in a great direction. You gotta give a try. You’ll be surprised what you can do
