One thing I noticed is that the salon always maintains a moderate level of quiet, not too noisy. Many other salons play loud music or customers talk too loudly, making it difficult for me to relax. Rock Star Nails & Spa maintains a balance: friendly chatter, but quiet enough for me to truly relax.
I travel a lot for work and have tried many nail salons in different cities. When I return to Evanston, I still choose Rock Star Nails & Spa because of the consistency and familiarity. No matter where I go, I always find this salon to be the most reliable .
The last thing I want to say about Rock Star Nails & Spa is the sense of trust. I know when I walk in that I will get service that is worth my time and money. There may be a lot of options in Evanston, but I believe that with the dedication and professionalism, this place is truly a gem in the community.
I have visited this establishment many times in the last year and felt I finally found a nail shop I was happy with. I had my same nail tech I’d visit every 2 or 3 weeks and although all my visits didn’t meet my expectations I was happy with the service provided. My last 2 visits unfortunately changed everything. The technicians at Rock Star Nails & Spa handled my heels skillfully, massaging with the right pressure and making me feel so light.
