The people were really nice and the place is nice and beautiful and clean. I arrive into the establishment and they informed me to due to their nearing closing time, that I would have to get my nails and feet done at the same time. I got a no chip and a pedicure. I was going to a wedding out of town on Saturday and got them done that Thursday and due to the rushed job, the side of my nails were not thoroughly painted at all. Rock Star Nails & Spa in Evanston is very hygienic, from the chairs to the tools, everything is thoroughly cleaned. This gives me peace of mind because I need to be safe as I get older. The technicians always unwrap new tools in front of me, which feels very professional.
I scheduled an appointment to get my nails done at Rock Star Nails & Spa at Evanston with Taylor, but when I arrived, they sent me to Emma instead. At first, I agreed, but unfortunately, she did not do a good job. I kept trying to tell her what I wanted and to fix some things, but she insisted she knew what she was doing. In the end, my nails were uneven and bumpy, and she seemed to be rushing through the service. I was very dissatisfied with the result and don’t plan to return.
Impressed with their luxurious space and super skilled technicians. Kimmie is always my choice when coming here, quick and punctual appointment, very satisfied with my nails here.
