Terrible management
Absolutely horrible experience. The nail tech had to be told many times to put nail polish on the entire nail...that is the bare minimum of a nail salon. Then they cut my cuticle so bad i was bleeding and still am for an hour after the service. My left hand ring finger. I am pretty sure i am going to get proposed to soon so this is even more upsetting. The least they could have done is taken off the charge for the nails because it was horrendous.
I love this place. I've been going here on and off for years, and each time the service, and talent is excellent. I most recently had an acrylic set put on. My nail artist was Victor. Girl, if your going here, you must ask for Victor. He's excellent! He'll do your nails even better than you're hoping for.
Fast service. Friendly and efficient employees. Eager to help.
