The one is for the reception that we get when you walk in through the door customer service is in total need of improvement. My Vita lady that it was my first time and she kept throwing all these acronyms and lingo and as I repeated it was my first time and that I didn’t know what they meant by gel X and builder gel. Been here many times and it's always a let down. They do not pay attention to detail and do a very poor job. It's embarrassing to walk out of the salon and not feel like you got the best service or want to show off your nails becausethey look terrible. Been wasting money here for a while, wanting to keep giving them another chance but enough is enough.
