I’m really sad to write this review because I’ve had good experiences in the past at Rockstar… but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing and I don’t think I’ll be back. It’s extremely frustrating spending my hard earned money on a service that looks like I could’ve done myself, and looking forward to something to treat myself only to be let down. Zoe did such an amazing job. I was only there for 30 minutes. My nails look amazing. I can’t wait to go back.
My cuticles hurt and it's been 5 hrs. I went in for a manicure with no chip polish. I had no nail color on. No putting my fingers in water to soften the cuticles. She right way took out the electric sanding tool. There was no reason to use it. First she used the tool to remove my cuticles, then she sanded down my nails. Not just a little, a lot. As if I was getting acrylics sanded down. She put my fingers in water for 5 seconds the preceded to pull of some cuticle. Cutting me three times. She didn't even push them back. I pu... read more
Although, I had an appointment, they assigned me the pedicure guy. Although I had an appointment, I was told I had to wait an additional 20 minutes despite already waiting 20 minutes after my pedicure only for someone to ask me who I was waiting on. I’ve been a regular at Rockstar Nails for 6 years and have never received such service. I have been going to rockstar nails for quite some time. I absolutely love them. I can honestly say I can’t even think of one bad experience. Darci, Na, Amy and Tammy are my family faves!!
