Been here many times and it's always a let down. They do not pay attention to detail and do a very poor job. It's embarrassing to walk out of the salon and not feel like you got the best service or want to show off your nails becausethey look terrible. Been wasting money here for a while, wanting to keep giving them another chance but enough is enough.
If I could give this shameful establishment negative 5 stars, I would. After trying them twice I'll never go back. The first time ny nails were bumpy, not smooth at all and uneven. This most recent time, i thought I'd give them a second chance but my dip powder gel started coming off after 5 days! That's never happened before. They usually last 2-3 weeks. Got my nails done this morning and they look a hot mess! $107.00 months plus a tip. I got the dip and it is all over my finger. It was also inside of the fingers. I had to scrub the polish off. Terrible service today.
I came to rockstar nails with an appointment with my main nail tech, when I arrived I was told he wouldn’t be there even though I made a specific appointment with him. I was then put with Cody, who was very aggressive with my nails. He cut my nails almost down to my finger when I said just a little, and then got visibly angry when I said they were too short.
