Shoddy workmanship throughout the house. Drywall that is not straight. PVC piping coming in from the County water feed was severely leaking water due to poor workmanship, garage carriage lights, etc. After months of $500 water bills County advised me that the piping was never installed correctly. Finally got the county out to repair it. Good luck trying to get any resolution through their warranty department. They deny everything.

A+ team and process so far - 45 days out from closing. I am both the buyer and buyers agent.
