Instead, I’ve been inspired and I’m improving everyday with adjustments and exercises, changing years of bad habits and learning about good nutrition. For the first time in many years I can sit up straight with good posture and not have back pain. The hump at the top of my back is gone and I am not embarrassed to wear my hair up in the summer. I love this place! Being adjusted by Mark and Liz is favorite vice and Mark, Liz and the staff are my support group to keep me on track to live to 100.
Dr. Mark and Dr. Liz are the nicest people you would ever meet. They very passionate about helping others have an excellent health. They are helping me and my family to change our eating habits to healthy food, and provide the body the attention it requires to get it there. I have seen good changes in my health since I started a change a week ago. I have seen improvement on my stomach issues, intestinal problems, and neck pain with Dr. Mark. Highly recommend them to everyone. An eye opener to real health. Just what I needed.
Our daughter has autism and doesn't like to be teach let alone talked to sometimes and she had no issues with Dr. Liz. We love them

Dr. Liz and Dr. Mark are amazing. They go above and beyond to educate their patients on healthy lifestyles and habits. On a personal note, they have shown incredible patience and loving acceptance toward my son, whose physical and developmental challenges can result in difficult behaviors. We are grateful to have them in our lives.
