Kris, the owner, was a consummate professional. He was a pleasure to work with, always responsive and spent hours preparing detailed estimates and communicating w my insurance company. He was determined that they pay fairly for the significant hail damage to my property. He coordinated with contractors for work to be done. I highly recommend Kris and his company ‼️

Kris and his team did an excellent job on the roofs of our home and two sheds, with the quality of the work and finishes surpassing our prior roof which had been replaced only a few years before. Additionally, his bid far surpassed two other bids we had received, making our deductible much more manageable. Would highly recommend.
Kris Rubio is an excellent GC! He was present for all work. He selected, coordinated and managed all contract labor, which was high quality. Very thorough and easy to work with. The job included a complete roof replacement, strip and staining of fences, and restoration of our redwood pergola with polycarbonate roofing due to severe hail damage.
