Highly unorganized and unprofessional! Scheduled an appointment for viewing, no one showed up at exact time, waited 15 minutes, called them twice, no answer. Rock Solid Management Rock BOTTOM Management Wasted time in commute.
The worst management company ever
Have tried numerous times trying to contact owner, she doesn't answer phone calls/emails. As far as I'm concerned this is the WORST property management company, I really hope people do their research before conducting business with this company!|
Update 2025 Get out while you still can, our lives have massively improved since leaving RSPM. I hope they get what they deserve for putting not only us but countless others through so much unnecessary stress.
