I have the opportunity to work very closely with rock solid on a weekly basis, From Jennifer in the front and Vickie in the back, they have a very professional and efficient staff. The staff is only half of it, the product is backed by the best warranty out of all of the Manufactures that I work with, and they actually uphold it.
If you want an expensive custom brand new trailer where "rust is normal, broken panels are standard, and poor build quality is standard practice" then go with Rock Solid. I ordered a custom trailer through Southern Trailer Depot (good luck getting a response from them to get anything done) and after such a long time of playing telephone finally got the trailer ordered. I purchased a standard 7 x 16 cargo trailer though Renown Trailer Sales on 5/22/2023 . Two years later it's unmodified and doing just what I needed it to do. No water leaks, no problems with the build, even with two years of Florida weather, it still looks good. Thank you Rock Solid crew for what you do. I have a lot of stuff to haul but the trailer is never overloaded. Pulls and tracks down the road just fine.
