So I was just a local guy that wanted a quality enclosed trailer, it seems that so many that are built in Douglas are cheaply built and kinda flimsy. So I went around town to various dealers/ manufacturers and ended up going with a Rock Solid. Great looking trailer but the build quality is poor. Shortly after purchasing the trailer I had wiring coming apart and the fenders started falling off. Had to reinstall them with more screws. It also looks like they took the fender off and had to move it up and left open holes behind for water to get in. Also my running lights now on the trailer have all quit.Was looking forward to a nice quality trailer but was disappointed in the quality.
Our experience with Rock Solid Cargo has been extremely disappointing. Instead of resolving the issue with the trailer we purchased, we were given endless excuses for weeks, with no progress or follow-up. The representative we dealt with, Wade Dean, was not only unhelpful but also came across as arrogant and dismissive. I've owned a lot of equipment, but this trailer purchased only three years ago is probably the most poorly built piece of equipment I've ever owned. We custom ordered a 20+2 v-nose enclosed cargo trailer with extra height, reinforced floors, 7k axles, electric jack and a reinforced door.
