Originally had some issues with the trailer build quality, some rust on the frame and not the best quality control all around. Though they did remedy it through their warranty department and got me squared away. It was some work but fixable, be prepared to treat it for rust and seal it up and you'll be set. It is a super solid trailer that's built very stoutly. Their customization is nice to be able to get exactly what you want and need. Building mine into a camper and it should be around for many years

I was happy to custom order a new enclosed trailer - 28', 7,500 lb axles, additional tie downs, heavy duty tongue, additional lighting, diamond plate trim... I thought WOW going factory direct was a huge cost savings (I was WRONG). After a lot of work, rework and additional components my trailer is almost as good as a more expensive unit. I was in disbelief about the poor quality I read about in the reviews, I thought they were just picky (I was WRONG, they are all true); however, if you are handy and don't mind repairing a ... read more

Absolutely the worst built trader I’ve ever owned. I custom ordered the trailer. Everything seemed fine. But there’s one section of the trailer where the screws kept falling out, over and over… I finally had to redrill new pilot holes & put all new screws in. Also the metal used on the outside walls is so thin it literally snapped off all around the loose screws. The quality of the side door latch is poor, the cheap plastic latch used to hold the door open snapped into. Just basically poorly made all around. I have owned sev... read more

You want a trailer that’s tough, reliable, and built with care? Rock Solid delivers. I’ve inspected more than my fair share of trailers and these guys know what they’re doing. The wiring is clean, the finish is sharp, and the team was easy to work with. No drama—just good people putting out a quality product. If you're in the market for something built to last, Rock Solid is worth checking out.

Rock Solid lives up to the name. Been in the trailer game for years and I’ve seen it all—good, bad, and downright scary. Rock Solid trailers stand out for their build quality. Clean wiring, solid welds, and they just tow right. The folks behind the scenes clearly take pride in what they do. You can tell these trailers are built to work, not just look good. Was there on a Saturday and everything was on point—friendly, professional, and no runaround.
