World class friendly honest customer service from people happy at work. The owner(?), who became shirtless at some point (maybe to make everyone feel more at home?), helped my friend Google the lowest price so he could price match it. When he realized R+S had the lowest price anywhere, he took 10% off anyway! And they have some smoking deals (Rab hard and soft shells) in the back. I plan on spending a lot of time in this area climbing next summer, and can't wait to bring this shop my business!
