Wonderful Staff, very helpful and patient even on a very busy Saturday. You can see that they really want you to enjoy your experience, not just sell you something.

I ordered online. I was having a hard time finding the red Totem Basic cam anywhere. I saw it on Rock and Snow's website and ordered it. I'm glad I did. The cam arrived in Athens, GA in 2 days and was packed with care. There was even a sheet inside that had a basic checklist for the packer, to ensure the right thing was in the box. When I'm in the market again, you'd better believe I'll shop from Rock and Snow, again. I wish there was a shop down south.
