RecommendedExceptional customer service! One of my rock sliders wasn’t recessing all the way. They diagnosed the problem and shipped a replacement part super fast. Didn’t even charge me for the part. That’s top notch 👍🏻
Buyer beware! I am out $5,000+ not counting damage because of 2 sets with multiple problems till they finally damaged both Jeeps. Sold both sets for $500 for spare parts to a guy who also had nothing but trouble with them too. Poor customer service! I love my door steps! I bought the 4DR JL version when they first came out and the step stopped working this year, but warranty was on it and made it right!
finally got my Rock Slide Engineering rock sliders on today. They've sat in my garage for 6 months due to health issues. Now that they are on, my Vertically challenged wife and 89 year old father-in-law are really HAPPY. Will definitely feel better hitting the trails.

I just had your retractable side steps installed and I must say, they are the PERFECT addition to my 2019 JLU. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I purchased the step sliders for my 2019 JLUR six months ago and they are by far the best purchase I’ve ever made for my Jeep. The finish on them is flawless and heavy duty. The mechanics are on point. They’re perfect. I watched an install video on YouTube and installed them by myself in about 4 hours. Their staff is amazing as well and have always responded to my emails.
