Because this company helped me out when I bought my home in 2004 and had a roof leak 3 months later, I called them to give me an estimate to secure my metal roof, which was lifting. I was assured I'd hear from an estimator soon about setting up an appointment. A week passed. Two. I called back. Rock Roofing did my first custom house in 2005. Perfect roof. They then did my second house in 2017. 6 leaks in 6 years. They finally said, sorry, your warranty is expired. Just paid $7000 for repairs. Workmanship is horrible. They are not the same company as the work that was on my first house. They would not make repairs, when they “patched” the work was sloppy and they would not repair correctly. Office staff was very rude when I’d call advising of new leaks. This was a 35,000 dollar roof.
They were quick to come out and send an estimate. Very professional and honest! I recommend them to all of my real estate clients.
The Rock Roofing team conducted an excellent inspection and assessment followed by an excellent repair. And this all happened within a few days. If I need roofers again, I will definitely call on Rock Roofing.
Quality of work is sub-standard at best!
