I called to make an appointment (the time and date is on my phone) Friday late afternoon...I was told “we don’t take appointments”. I said well, I’ll bring my cat in soon, around 4:30. “Sorry, we close at 4:00”. I said I will see u tomorrow. We show up on Saturday....”Do u have an appointment?” Frustrated and with a stressed out cat I said no, I was told u don’t make appointments. They took our cat in to see anyway, then CHARGED A NO APPOINTMENT FEE OF $25!! We insisted they return the $25...we had just spent over $200. One ... read more
