Very unprofessional and very disorganized service from some of the staff, especially vet. I have been taking my pet there for years. I scheduled an appointment for him to be seen and was told I could bring him in. I got many calls afterwards saying they can’t see him that a staff member scheduled him by accident. Then once again got another call saying to bring him in only to cancel on me again a call later. My dog picked up a bacterial infection here. Do not go there.
RecommendedI had to rush my Seamus in this evening due to an allergic reaction, Dr. Stroud was amazing and took care of my sweet boy super quick and had him ready within less than 30 min to come back home with me. I was a mess thinking there was something seriously wrong with my baby. The whole staff was amazing even with the Covid stress going on! Thank you so much!!!!!
Dr. Cay is awesome and really cares about animals and will take great of them .. she really passionate about her job and will make sure you understand what's is going on with your pet.

My son and I always enjoy taking Bella to Rock Road Animal Hospital. Dr. Kay loves on Bella as if she is her own- and the front desk and checkout staff are all extremely nice and accommodating!
